Proof, not a promise
Most companies clean the vent and leave. We start by measuring the airflow at your outlet with the dryer running, clean the full run from the dryer to the outside, then measure again. You see both numbers, and they go in a written report you keep.
Whether you call it dryer vent cleaning or dryer duct cleaning, it is the same job, and the report is useful long after we leave: for your own records, for a condo association, or for a buyer when you sell.
Condos and houses across Boca Raton and West Boca
Boca Raton is close to an even split: 36.7% of homes are in buildings of 20 or more units and 41.7% are single-family houses (Census Bureau, 2020-2024).
In a house, from the older streets near the coast to the single-family neighborhoods of West Boca, the vent usually runs through a wall or up through the attic to a roof cap. For condo dryer vent cleaning, your duct runs to the building's connection, which the association looks after. We clean your side of it either way, and the report notes anything on the building's side for your manager.
Away for part of the year? Run our back-for-the-season vent check before the first big load, or book a cleaning for the week you return.
Signs your dryer vent needs cleaning
- Towels that need a second cycle to dry
- The top of the dryer or the laundry room gets hot
- Clothes come out hot but still damp
- Lint gathers around the outside hood, or no air comes out of it
- A musty or burning smell when the dryer runs
Any one of these means the air is not getting out. A clean vent fixes the drying time and takes away the lint that should not be sitting in the duct.
Why Boca Raton homeowners book Aeris
One flat rate, shown before you book, and no surprises on the day. The owner does the work, there are no subcontractors, and the business is fully insured. You get the airflow numbers and a written report every time, not just a receipt.
Need more than a cleaning? Our Premium visit adds a deep clean inside the dryer and a dryer vent inspection with a camera along the whole run, so you can see the inside of the duct for yourself.
Getting ready for the visit
There is very little to do. Clear a path to the dryer so we can pull it out from the wall, and make sure we can get to the outside vent, or tell us if it is on the roof or behind a locked gate. In a condo, let your building know we are coming if it asks for that.
Keep the dryer plugged in: we run it for the airflow readings. You are welcome to watch, and we will show you the readings on the meter as we take them.
