Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically.
Information you provide:
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your service address and property details (unit counts, access notes, and similar).
- Details about the service you request, appointment preferences, and any notes or messages you send us.
- Payment information you provide to complete a transaction. Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Photographs of the work:
- We photograph the work area, your dryer vent and the equipment we service, before and after the job. These images are how we show you the result, and they form part of the written report we leave with you.
- We may also use these images to show our work, for example in before-and-after posts. We do not include your name, address, or anything else that identifies you or your home. If you would rather we did not use your photos this way, tell us and we will not.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage and device data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate the site and prevent spam and abuse.
- Marketing attribution data (for example, the referring link or campaign parameters) when you arrive from an ad or a link.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
How we use your information
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on the services you request.
- Send you appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices, service reports, and receipts.
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support.

SMS text messaging and consent
With your consent, Aeris Dryer Vent Cleaning LLC sends SMS text messages related to your service. This includes conversational and customer-care messages, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, service reports, receipts, and account notifications. You may provide consent by submitting a form on our website with your phone number, by giving it to us verbally, or by texting us first.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate: our payment processor, SMS and voice provider, email delivery provider, website hosting, the cloud database where our business records are stored, mapping and address lookup, and the bot-protection and rate-limiting services that screen our forms for spam. They may access your information only to perform work for us and must protect it.
- Address lookup. Our quote and booking forms use Google to suggest and check addresses. What you type into the address field is sent to Google so it can return those suggestions, and our forms load Google map imagery for the property.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or our business.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
- Email. Contact us at any time to stop reminder and follow-up emails. We will still send messages about a service you have booked, such as your confirmation, report, and receipt.
- Photos. Tell us if you would rather we did not use photos from your job to show our work. This does not affect the photos in your own service report.
- Access and correction. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking software on this website. Two things do store data in your browser:
- The bot-protection check on our quote and booking forms, which may set a cookie to confirm you are a person rather than an automated script.
- If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we keep those campaign details in your browser’s session storage so we can tell how you found us if you contact us. It clears when you close the tab.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may stop our forms from submitting. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this section before we turn them on.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
